Also, the one about Vikings that I thought would be no fun, so I never watched it, but then I did. Oh. "Norsemen." I figured it would be just gratuitous murder and magic and dragons, but it's funny murder, and almost no magic.

The fella I bought it from described a fairly laborious initial prep that I think I've done right, but suggested that all I need to do after that is wipe and rinse promptly after use.
	4:40pm eva: really enjoying the show! @Niall I seasoned mine with garlic, cumin seeds, hot peppers, and rock salt. Left the paste on overnight. I think you can season it with your favorite things.

	4:47pm JetBoy now of Astoria: Pneumatic tubes are still used to send garbage from your home to the trash on Roosevelt Island, I understand. When they built apartments there, it was to be sorta a city of the future thing.

	4:48pm morphe': Niall - take them to the strand and gently grind away with sand .. also sand hand scrub the pestal handle and the outside of the mortar in the sand, rinse in the sea or at home .. at home grind some sea salt and wash and sun dry and ready !!! rub the outside too with sand by hand..
	♥ 4:49pm dale: last time i was at the salvation army (or goodwill?) in the 40s and way west they had a pneumatic tube that went up across the ceiling to a high office where they overlooked everything. you paid for your items, they put the money in the tube and your change came back. it probably was invented to prevent theft, as well as make office messages go faster.

The fella I bought it from described a fairly laborious initial prep that I think I've done right, but suggested that all I need to do after that is wipe and rinse promptly after use.
