I just woke from a dream in which I was sitting for an exam in music studies, and that portion was song IDs with essays. I felt sure it was attendance-based; there was no other reason I should have known all these goth songs. i feel like they're appreciated by people now who like doomy traditional heavy metal, but yeah i imagine back in the mid 80's they were outliers in a scene where bands just wanted to play faster and faster. They RIP tho for sure. Only good christian metal band (besides sabbath ofc)
