Actually, it's the import duties imposed on and pants that cross the state line combined with a crazy patchwork of local statutes banning the manufacture, sewing, representation, and even mention of pants across the state that leads to a de facto pants-free status. I mean, the state constitution specifically refers to them as "ye Devill's legge sleeves." It's just not a place for pants people, I'm afraid, and it doesn't make any difference how good the schools are.

	1:40pm clarke: what i will say about Reaper is that it is simple to use but can get as complicated as SOME need. i just try to run things like a tape-machine, pretty much. and reaper is great for that.
