	10:56pm rw: I bake potatoes on a bed of coarse salt to draw out the moisture but I don't know that it really makes a big difference.
	10:58pm Dean: I'm telling you, keep it simple. No oil, no salt, hot heat. Perfect.
	11:00pm Dean: I do roast potato wedges or slices with oil, salt, paprika, etc., and I also pan fry cubes at a low temp for a long time until they're crisp on the outside, fluffy inside. Marvelous.

	11:03pm rw: High School final project cooking class I poked the potatoes with a fork AFTER wrapping them in foil. (Not on purpose). We watched the teacher pick bits of foil out of her mouth as she was eating.

My son, rightly, is pissed off by such stupid behavior. Anyway, I also showed it because my first gig on stage in high school was with the woman who played the stewardess in that scene.

My son, rightly, is pissed off by such stupid behavior. Anyway, I also showed it because my first gig on stage in high school was with the woman who played the stewardess in that scene.
