Well I definitely made it worse running on the subway stairs yesterday trying (and failing) to find the uptown J train platform at Fulton Street. But also I think it might have started when I climbed many flights of Broadway stairs for the first time in a long time on Tuesday seeing Some Like It Hot...and just in general walking and climbing stairs a lot more than I did during the pandemic
