Michael: Wish you'd made the Bug Club show at Union Pool. It was seriously one of the best shows I'd seen in a while -- a real standout for the year already. They were a lot LOUDER live than the tracks I'd heard so far, a real power trio. I was completely blown away. An absolute gem of a show. I hope they come back soon because that was a fantastic experience.

I heard a lot of comments like that during last summer's tour. EC just doesn't seem to care anymore. But NL/LS have that energy, that chemistry. And Michael noted last year that they seem to be gelling a lot more now. Not that they never clicked, but now they're even better.
