my senior year in hs, i was one of a few people in my friend group with a car. i would drive folks off-campus for lunch, and they'd buy me something to eat. lunch money saved. then, after school, i'd go hang out at real records, where ronnie (singer from really red) would give me some money to get him some lunch, and usually told me to get something for myself. so, i got comped lunch and after school lunch, and spent my own lunch money on records. the good old days...
