Joe Frank and wfmu have a history together. long before Irwin's weekly Joe Frank segment just before Joe died, he was on either weekly or very frequently in the 90s?... 80s?
probably Irwin then too.
fmu wouldn't have paid for a syndication episode, so maybe Joe just gave the station the shows...or maybe they were jacked from wbai or whatever
