Mono mix.

You all will enjoy this. This is how well pregaming went before the Courettes show the other night. We put the CD on the stereo as we were having a couple of drinks before getting out of here. I realized all of a sudden that the sound was coming through only one speaker. I got up on a stool to check the speakers, confirmed it, but the wires seemed OK. So I get the headlamp, haul the stereo shelf out, and kneel down so I can get behind it at the wire spindles. I undo the negative for the right speaker, start trying to reattach, and start having a lot of trouble doing so. And, disturbingly, there's no change in the sound. It's in minute three of trying to get it hooked up again that I realize the album is even CALLED /Back in Mono/.

Older I may be. But wiser? Pffffffffft.
