	🛎 ♥ 1:32pm spodiodi: ↳ Phillippe @1:03 well, I've known since june 27th that i have MS (the active progressive primary kind). i'm glad i finally know what's been wrong with me / why i all of the sudden was having problems waking,, since spring of '17 -- balancing, vertigo, seeing, thinking, etc. i took much persistence. (been seeing docs rtying to figure it out... disagreed with the first neurologist's diagnosis. felt vindicated). he was suggesting brain damage from drugs/alcohol. it wasn't i i knew it wasn't (the timing didn't make sense). glad i persisted. anyway, the ms clinic at UCSF and my current doc are great. everyone there is great. i'm doing infusions every 6 months now, after having done the first two successfully. the hope/idea with this particular disease modifying drug, is that it wills help slow the progression down. but it won't cure it. there is no cure.... so that's where i'm at . add in all of thr other stesses i wish i weren't dealing with at the same time. but that's how it goes. thank you for asking! before now, coealacanth is the only person i've told (but have been and still am planing to mention it during Irwin's and UM's shows. (since i spent most of one of each of theri shows talking about it, when i was still trying to figure out what was wrong w/ me) i also mean to thank DJ Lorraine and someone else who offered suggestions at that time (partially from dealing w/similar problems). doctor says, from the damage he can see-- it appears i've actually had it for over twenty years--- potentially explaining many of the other problems/symptoms so yeah. just trying to figure things out (as a person with active ppms), as my body continues to crumble. just glad it's nothing worse. again for asking, Phillippe!

WOW I have not had a BEC in ages. Miss them. I see a dangerous habit forming; the only reason why I don't have a BEC every AM is that I was rarely up in time to get one at my usual spot. BEC with ketchup, baby! BECK isn't an artist out here, it's breakfast/3AM dinner/a way of life! Kaiser rolls only!

A little pricey but considering that I just need to put on my outdoor ugly-ass Crocs and put my phone in my pocket and run out with no jacket makes up for that. Good coffee also!

Something about bolting down one of those with a hot cup of coffee....my maternal Grandfather, who was a delivery truck driver and poultry worker in the BX, is smiling down on me (as is my Mom, may she rest in peace -- while we were waiting very early one AM for an Ikea shipment at my place, we ran downstairs for blasting hot coffee and BECKs).

	🛎 ♥ 1:32pm spodiodi: ↳ Phillippe @1:03 well, I've known since june 27th that i have MS (the active progressive primary kind). i'm glad i finally know what's been wrong with me / why i all of the sudden was having problems waking,, since spring of '17 -- balancing, vertigo, seeing, thinking, etc. i took much persistence. (been seeing docs rtying to figure it out... disagreed with the first neurologist's diagnosis. felt vindicated). he was suggesting brain damage from drugs/alcohol. it wasn't i i knew it wasn't (the timing didn't make sense). glad i persisted. anyway, the ms clinic at UCSF and my current doc are great. everyone there is great. i'm doing infusions every 6 months now, after having done the first two successfully. the hope/idea with this particular disease modifying drug, is that it wills help slow the progression down. but it won't cure it. there is no cure.... so that's where i'm at . add in all of thr other stesses i wish i weren't dealing with at the same time. but that's how it goes. thank you for asking! before now, coealacanth is the only person i've told (but have been and still am planing to mention it during Irwin's and UM's shows. (since i spent most of one of each of theri shows talking about it, when i was still trying to figure out what was wrong w/ me) i also mean to thank DJ Lorraine and someone else who offered suggestions at that time (partially from dealing w/similar problems). doctor says, from the damage he can see-- it appears i've actually had it for over twenty years--- potentially explaining many of the other problems/symptoms so yeah. just trying to figure things out (as a person with active ppms), as my body continues to crumble. just glad it's nothing worse. again for asking, Phillippe!
