this reminds me of a physical exercise where you lie on your back, out arms out to side, then bring them up like you're clapping you hands together. you repeat this a hundred or two hundred times, and the muscles in your shoulders start to quake and supposedly release toxins, i feel the repetition in this, while maybe not releasing bodily toxins produced a similar type of release
