There should be a specific term for the particular expansion and heated multiplying of difficulties and frustration experienced with any bureaucracy or service provider when you start with a complaint/issue/glitch/error/failure, etc., that only results in inflamed frustration that gets amplified and compounded, more and more confounding and patience-shattering, as the communication stonewalling, confusion, indifference, antagonism and obstinance only ADD worse and worse heavy layers atop the initiating issue.

Yes, MARY. ELP were hot, but the MO were just getting started. And McGlaughlin and his boys were LOUDER than ELP! And that was in the days when Creem magazine critic, Lester Bangs, christened Keith, Greg and Carl as the "Blood Revenge of Reddy Kilowatt!"

Need the ghost of Bangs to coin the term or phrase I was talking about in my earlier comment on cruel corporate traditions of knotting and not helping.

For my resident alien girlfriend, I was trying to explain Reddy Kilowatt recently, and Mr. Zip.

We stopped for a drink at a neighborhood bar yesterday and met the sweetest dog, Maggie. Had us missing Bagpipe really hard -- esp. as it was the bar where we had his early bday parties and a party for him when he was sick so he could see all his friends again.

We have two half chihuahua-based terrorists, one a Jack Russel blend (Noel) who is somewhere between 11 and 13 and the other (Frita) is a Pomeranian blend, maybe 6. You can never know for sure when you buy used pets.

Noel (or Noe on Michele's show) was an emotional rescue for my bride after her mother passed. Poor thing was so traumatized from life in the wild that she didn't bark for a year. Frita was my son's but she's so nasty that we kept her when he moved out because he'd never be able to have company. Both dogs have been described as "unadoptable" but we have 'em anyway.

For real. We got Bagpipe to a good place, but he was WILD those first couple of years. A huge personality and a lot of conflicting instincts. He'd still cheat when he could, but he had a heart of purest gold. What a lover. Man, I miss him so.

Was looking for some of the info on Iggy self-inflicted on-stage injuries, wondering how that might work in a musical about 'im.
Among the internet pluckables related to the Iggy physiggue, ya got yer choice:
A) Extended history and description of Iggy bod:
www.wweek.com...

Or
B) selected drawings from Iggy's life modeling session, some downright Biblical.
www.brooklynmuseum.org...

Or C) none of the above.

I hear ya. Frita's spent more than her share of her time with us with a dog trainer who worked with us. We have her coming when we call and not tearing up stuff, but that defensive behavior is something we've only been able to temper a little. She doesn't bite anymore, so progress(?)
