I found it really easy to do it all online, and that's saying a LOT. You just get so many credits per month, so it's only a few movies for free every month, but it works really well for us.

(My WFH day job is, sadly, entirely unrelated to music.) This last weekend I got a nice pair of studio monitors plugged into the mix. Previously I had listened to WFMU during my work hours through a pair of laptop speakers, and I just used headphone monitors whenever I was working on music. Now I've got the nice monitors — I figured, why not play WFMU through them while I toil away at the day job? Interestingly, all day today I noticed it sounded better, but I wasn't really blown away until Radio Ravioli. I found it really easy to do it all online, and that's saying a LOT. You just get so many credits per month, so it's only a few movies for free every month, but it works really well for us.

(My WFH day job is, sadly, entirely unrelated to music.) This last weekend I got a nice pair of studio monitors plugged into the mix. Previously I had listened to WFMU during my work hours through a pair of laptop speakers, and I just used headphone monitors whenever I was working on music. Now I've got the nice monitors — I figured, why not play WFMU through them while I toil away at the day job? Interestingly, all day today I noticed it sounded better, but I wasn't really blown away until Radio Ravioli. This show tends to lean into higher production music with great use of the stereo field, and it makes a giant difference played through a great system. So now I'm kind of blissed out. Been hard to concentrate on work. Thankfully, the work day is over in about thirty or forty minutes...
