My anniversary was March 22. Back when we got married, (a Sunday), there was a major blizzard in the middle of the wedding. We went to Laguardia Airport for our honeymoon the next morning, sat in the waiting room, and the TV was showing a picture of a snow-bound plane that had crashed AT OUR AIRPORT A HALF HOUR EARLIER!

A few weeks ago, I had it in mind to make baked penne, but got home to discover I had no penne, only spaghetti. So I parboiled the spag, and baked that instead, with some sliced chorizo, a pint of homemade red sauce from the freezer, a fistful of romano, and a whole pound of mozz. It were good.
