Yeah that's pretty much my life these days. I already have stuff defrosted for dinner; may make some fresh rice to go with or something and do a grain bowl with my mystery meat sauce from the freezer and some fresh Napa cabbage. I have a bad habit of not labeling my stuff in the freezer even though I bought a thing of gaffer's tape for this very purpose. Pretty sure it's ground lean beef chili with about 1/3 sangre del toro beans by volume. Homemade. Gotta eat more greens though. Wolfed down a savory "meal bar" today (largely because I am OVER Cliff Bars at this point).

Texture is a bit odd, like a savory Rice Krispy square, but MUCH healthier than a Cliff bar. If you look at the individual flavors (4 so far) you can see the nutritional info.

The two I've had so far are the bruschetta and the Mexican one. Had the Mexican one a bit ago. Looking forward to trying the Miso and Indian one; I have the feeling that they will be better. Both of the ones that I have tried so far are a bit over-seasoned and a tad salty, but it DOES fill you up, especially if you have a glass of water with it, and it's a lot less bad for you than most sweeter meal bars which have a crapton of added sugars.
