Tired and cold is such a great song. Tom Hazelmyer ran Amphetamine Reptile records for years and now runs restaurants and sometimes an art gallery.

Even if it did, you could just mimic the sound with your voice? Perhaps it is just getting people to associate the sound with "emergency." I think saying "this is an emergency" may have more impact, however.

Even if it did, you could just mimic the sound with your voice? Perhaps it is just getting people to associate the sound with "emergency." I think saying "this is an emergency" may have more impact, however.

I think it's intended for stuff that's clearly spreading to additional areas and not localized, e.g. lava flows, oncoming hurricanes, alien viruses in the water supply, aliens threatening to blow up Seattle, etc.
