	1:32pm G: @kat: The money people often heavily encourage groups to stick with what hs proven to work for them, and what their fanbase expects/wants. The Beatles were in a hyper-universe of success and therefore had more latitide, as well as a higher bar to clear if they wanted to outdo what'd aleady done.

	2:40pm Danne D: Funny thing about Clerks of course was that it really had almost no distribution in NJ when it was released. (Underscoring - of course Amanda wasn't in NJ when she saw it). Heard somewhere that it was routinely the most stolen video in NJ video stores as well.
