and here's how you do it.-
1 hass avocado /person
lemon and lime juice to taste, i usually use 1 lemon and 1 1/2 small limes for 4 - 6 avocadoes.
LOTS of kosher salt
LOTS of hot sauce, i usually use tabasco or frank's, it doesn't matter.
tamari sauce. i know, it seems weird, but hey, it's my recipe.
plenty o' minced garlic
chopped coriander (cilantro)
so, put it into a bowl, leave the avocado out for now and mix it up 'til it tastes yummy.
add the avocadoes to the bowl, and chop 'em up, using a pastry cutter. leave them kinda coarse. adjust to taste, if you wanna add in chopped up peppers, i won't stop you.
