As a matter of fact, I was called on to read part of the Sheva Brachot at my son's wedding last month. Afterward, other readers said they took their cues from my style. I wouldn't be so puffed-up about it, except that I was terrified by public speaking as a student.

Monica, can you please check that The Limiñanas track you played against what you listed? That song sounds totally different both on AllMusic and Amazon. It's not even an instrumental, nor does any song on the album sound like the song you played. Could you have possibly listed the wrong title?

This public speaking thing is a matter of one's very psyche, soul, and DNA. Some people take to it like a fish to water, others like a fish out of water. It has always come naturally to me. Some butterflies in advance, sometimes, but more in anticipation of mishaps than anything else. I might be calmer in front of a crowd than I am talking just one on one.

Wow, Lil Coxhill. I had the first Lol Coxhill US release,and lost it in a fire. An old girlfriend once told me that anyone who could listen to that album all the way through (as in yours truly) must be crazy. As you can imagine, that was not a long term relationship.

Off we go early this week to our Thanksgiving location, back sometime next Saturday. All will return to normal at 7P a week from now on Sunday when next week's show establishes that life as we knew it has not vanished.
