"Driver's Seat" reached number 15 on the American Billboard Pop Singles chart[2] in the fall of 1979, and reached the top 10 in The Netherlands in November 1980. It reappeared at number 1 on the Dutch Top 40 eleven years later as a result of use of the song in a Pioneer commercial.

Michael, Dave has lived in N Salem for 15 years. Gonna miss him too been watching since Late Night began. Happy for Colbert but losing his persona on the Report is a huge blow for accuracy with a liberal bite. Best political character in my lifetime.
