Is it up to the DJ to create the table and type up the playlist too?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:08pm
chris:

yep, DJs do it all, Ryab... they're severely underpaid ;-)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:09pm

Thanks! - and the 6 Organs is generally like this - though it alternates w/ softer songs a lot of it is that out of control psych guitar like on that song -
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:27pm

Sweet. Coming through town next month.

The more psych and less noisy songs that I've heard.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:34pm

Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:06pm
coelacanth:

damn- Ananda died fairly young. >60;Ravi lived into his 90s.
  11:07pm
G:

The Shankars were musical lol -- Ravi was in the theater profession with his older brothers back in the 20s or 30s touring Europe, before he switched to sitar. I read his bio years ago.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:08pm
Ken From Hyde Park:

Had fun listening on the app in the grocery store an hour ago. My daughter and her cousin were amassing snacks and ingredients to make an apple pie. I think the pie is going to wait until tomorrow, though.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:08pm
coelacanth:

Hi Jake

i guess i know little about him,but there sure is music in their blood.

KP:

Scorps!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:15pm
coelacanth:

i wont touch apple pie most of the year because my sister's trees produce so many apples that everyone gets tired of apple pie!
(except last summer- almost no apples because she let "sav-a-tree" prune them improperly.)
  11:17pm
KP:

Greetings from va., Martha and all!

Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:29pm
coelacanth:

that company's good for some things, but they screwed that one up.
...oh well- it means more work for me, because she knows it was their doing that there were no apples.
  11:30pm
KP:

Coalacanath you know your apples
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:32pm
coelacanth:

ha! i took a crash course when my sister bought this property 4 years ago.
  11:38pm
KP:

Is that in New York?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:38pm
coelacanth:

...her thought was- because the trees were so old & in terrible condition ,"they're cool, even though they wont produce fruit".
-and i'm thinking "What? They're fruit trees!"
5 out of 9 trees bounced back strong by her second year there.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:39pm
cory:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:40pm

Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:47pm

The drums.
  11:49pm

If you have horses, that solves the problem of apples strewn on the ground. They'll eat those apples.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:03am
coelacanth:

true Ken, but horses are a part-time job that she wouldn't handle well!
she wanted to get a goat, but i think the dogs may not approve!
