Was Arthur Murry the guy who taught people to dance?

...reminds how when the Label Execs hounded Neil Young to make 'a Rock'n'Roll' album - he did just that - not a Rock album - a 1950s-style Rock'n'Roll album. 'Don't ask me to do something, not know what you're talking about, & get mad when I do it!'

I dunno why this Carol King song isn't better known. By me, nothing else she ever wrote can touch it. Okay, maybe "One Fine Day" comes close.

The first Paul Williams LP with heavy involvement from Roger Nichols is an underrated gem. Lovin' The City stuff.

Good show Bob
  10:58am AZDave:

I played a round of golf once with Jimmie Rodgers and his agent, I think. A random match-up on a near empty course. It was early '86, and he recently had learned he'd been selected for the inaugural class of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame; he was trying to figure out what it was all about. A decent fellow.
