(Sam, i'd offer to get that album to you - if i didn't think my copy was ruined. i haven't tried to play it yet since i discovered that my father had pushed my boxes of records up against the baseboard heat. that and about 10 others looked pretty wobbly. -i should've known better than to store stuff at his house.)

my christmas', in the course of my life: Wonderful >fun >subtly sad >tedious >straight up miserable.
this year i got out of it completely and had planned to spend some time at the xmas party at my local dive - which is truly fun; but like an idiot i drank too much on christmas eve (at same pub) then laid around all day.
