I worked with a cousin of Iggy's at Barnes-n-Noble in the 1970s. He was staying in Iggy's flat on 10th street. Iggy had his own weed/hash/ pipe from a sculpture of his penis.The substance went in the balls and a person would suck the tip. Luckily i did not have to suck his willy since I had gone clean back then. The closest I ever got to Iggy was farly frontish at Irving Plz and visting his (later richness) posh flat in the Cristadora - Iggy not present.

was lucky enough to see the Buzzcocks (w/The Fall opening!) at The Fast Lane in asbury Park -- maybe 1979? 1980? middle of Winter, Boardwalk was eerie and deserted, the club was barely populated :(
but, both bands were freakin' amazing -- Mark E. Smith with his back to the audience the whole time, The Buzzcocks passing out sandwiches to the mostly-apathetic audience . . .

I am dressed today.. Taking my son to an old school market in
Madrid. He takes photos of full sized dead animals and animal parts " I never knew a cow's/bull's tongue was so big." "Do people really eat pigs' feet?" "Why do they sell chicken feet, thier is no meat on them." He is but nearly/only 6. Ken has infected him to0 with meat ideas - He sings (small bits) of "We're Having a Barbeque."

We are more or less vegeterian - not because I worked in a butcher shop in BKLYN from the age of 12 -17. More The chemicals, hormones, Horrible lives in most cases too..etc...
