Listener comments!

Wheelchair? I tend to imagine the Old Codger riding a hog -- either a Harley or an actual hog.

I imagine them squished in the recording room with a huge cone in their faces!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:24pm Webhamster Henry:

Well, you have to back announce after every disk or cylinder! That takes some time!
  8:27pm andrewb:

pretty racy stuff
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:29pm dale:

geesh, i was outside enjoying fireflies and bunnies in the yard and half the show went by!
  8:33pm Listener Robert:

Interesting you're playing "Yama Yama" tonight, when it's Lammas.

  8:38pm JakeGould:

If you did this show for 3 hours each week you might faint. I like the 1 hour. Just right!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:41pm dale:

happy and peppy and busting with love?
  8:46pm Listener Robert:

Most of the programs I most like on WFMU are 1 hour. Not only that, but the DJs who do 3-hour programs tend to break them into segments. "Vocal Fry" is better than Dan Bodah's 3-hr. show. Micah took his mind control music hour from his old show and made it a show of its own.

Irwin's been doing this for many years. He had an Atrocious Music hour, an Incorrect Music hour (with M. Boule), an hour of gender bias, now hours of Joe Frank and Tom Wilson. Mostly that was formally within 3 hour shows, but could be considered (and sometimes were listed as) 1-hr. shows of their own.
  8:51pm JakeGould:

“Always” was great. Thanks Mac.
