	♥ 5:14pm northguineahills: Well, there are two obvious reasons we currently suck at soccer, one: most of the elite youth teams are 'play to pay', which means you have to pay hundreds of dollars to play on these elite youth teams. That eliminates most kids that aren't upper middle class, you know, the majority of kids. We don't invest in teams for the inner cities or rural poor like the rest of the world. Two: Our coaches suck. I can't think of a single replacement, American or MLS coach (Tata Martinez excluded) that I would want as the coach of the USMNT.

Concacaf and US Soccer are competent enough to troll ourselves already. (see the phantom Panama goal). Love this Fernando Grillo, reminds me of Shayna Dulberger.
