Funnily enough, I enjoy following the NFL on the BBC. We get highlights during the season and the Super Bowl live. I will be staying up to watch it tonight but is 6:30 p.m. ET the same time zone as WFMU? If so it starts at 11.30pm here. I have a pal 400 miles away who will be watching (he's the only other person I know that follows it) and we'll be in contact through the night and be co-ordinating snacks, beers etc.

The CA band, @doc, short-lived in the '90s, might have reunited once or twice. Jon Wahl, lead singer, had a number of gigs over the years. Guitarist Chris Bagarozzi was in Down by Law.

Visited Berkeley Public Library--the old building, long since renovated--and headed to the music room upstairs. They were playing music: Anthony Braxton!
