Listener comments!

  1:07pm tomB:

You've shown that you are the match for Michael Shelly, by starting your show with a more obscure bowling song than he began his show with. But is it the same one Gaylord played in his bowling twofer? Or is it possibly a 3rd original-era tune? (we don't count "take a punk bowling" or such)
  1:11pm Jay/London:

good afternoon Rex am enjoying the show
  1:21pm tomB:

My bad. "Rip van Winkle" was not the 1st #1, but rather the last song from Bob B.'s show. So you surpassed Michael Shelly, who played absolutely no bowling songs. And "Gutterball" to which you allude, may be the 4th R&R bowler!
  1:37pm Stoop Cracker:

sittin here wonderin if George 'Goober' Lindsay ever recorded a novelty
  1:42pm Andy in Berlin:

there are some things that man was not meant to know
  1:44pm Stoop Cracker:

  1:45pm Stoop Cracker:

  1:46pm Daddy-O:

  2:24pm Andy in Berlin:

Legion of Super Heroes - I heard this once on John Peel and have been waiting YEEEEARS to hear it again! Thank YOU Rex!
  2:27pm Sno-Time:

That version of "Don't You Just Know It" was amazing! Could never tell if the third part of the chorus is DOOBAH DOOBAH, or GOOBAH GOOBAH. Anyone know?
  2:40pm EEGAH:

SOUND LIKE DOOBAH GOOBAH
  2:50pm JMD:

Yes! This is one of the greats. Thanks Rex. Ahh-Oooh to you, too!
  10:18am Richard D:

Bear down on Tyrone!!! Black "Shelley" Pope rocks.
  6:11pm Country Paul:
