Good Morning Bob! Everyone!
  9:33am Jeff:

I remember being at a gig at the Bottom Line years ago for a gig by a British folk artist (might have been Richard Thompson solo). He played Shenandoah expecting the audience to join in on the chorus. It’s such a moving iconic American song, but the crowd didn’t have a clue. I guess America is just too big. In England, they would have all joined in weeping into their pints of ale.
  9:37am Jeff:

Jon Brion has worked with Kanye West.
I think I’ll draw my line there
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:37am melinda:

I was disappointed by Synecdoche NY

Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:42am Bas NL:

That was a great track by Rachel Verney..
  9:43am dano59:

Thx for playing Jo Stafford, Bob.
The Shenandoah by RT is I believe on one of the live @ TBL w/Vin Scelsa CDs - with Dave Alvin backing?
Avatar 9:44am ciaranpuente:

Just saw that Quicksilver recently toured with Jefferson Starship, has anyone seen them live?
Avatar 🥁 Swag For Life Member 9:45am WilliamfromDumont:

Bob, have you heard the unreleased Jim Murray album produced by John Cippolina?
  9:48am andrewb:

My favorite Q cut since i was 5
  9:51am Jeff:

David Freiberg has been playing w/Jefferson Starship for a number of years now. I saw him and Gary Duncan perform live as QMS. They were good, but it ain’t the same without Cippolina, Valenti and, even, Hopkins.
  9:53am Doc Rock:

Hey Jeff!
Avatar 9:57am Bob Brainen:

quickly: thanks everyone...Jeff, jeez gotta agree...Wm. from D....heard Jim Murray album, wish I liked it more...gotta reinvestigate!
  9:58am Jeff:

Hey Doc!
Avatar 🥁 Swag For Life Member 10:02am WilliamfromDumont:

The story behind the Jim Murray sessions is a lot more interesting than the actual music. Sad to say.
  10:10am Jeff:

Hal Cornbread Singer is still alive!!!
He’s 98!
  10:13am joechrismorris:

its not a show if no NRBQ is being played!
Swag For Life Member 10:16am tadpoles:

I always thought John was channelling his inner love of the Goons in this.
