This is where all of culture and all of time are collapsed into one seductive portal and viewed through the panoramic lens of the exotic. Come and embark on an armchair-travel virtual-voyage to the heart of timeless darkness and beyond; embrace the numinous monolith of the exotic immensity. Let us find that place where hybridization meets its destiny as pure fantasy. Let us become observers observing those others who are ourselves. You wear your mask and I'll wear mine.

Analogy I always think of is - FMU overall is this big building - & every Program is a different room in it - with a different sort of Rent Party going on in it. With different people & a different Host, as Parties do go. It happens I am not Welcome in all of them - whereas some I am made very much At Home. Some I'm not as interested in - some I'm not comfortable in for various reasons ...all quite natural.
The Idea itself of having this Building where all these Parties do fun & interesting things to pay the Rent is way kewl.
& as I say - in more than enuff I love being there...

The comments communities here are more important to me than they probably should be. hygiene real or metaphoric, that reminds me of a story i heard from a reliable source about charles ludlam, the playwright and founder of ridiculous theatrical co.. there was a guy working in company named rock who was coming on to an actress that ludlam had a close brotherly relationship with, she didn't like it and told ludlam, at the same time rock was working backstage helping with costume changes, he was also on a vegan diet which was making him fart alot in close quarters. the situatuayion reached a head between rock's advances on the actress and his backstage farting, so ludlam walks into the theater one day and confronts rock, 'rock, you gotta stop farting, you're fired!' fired for farting both actually and metaphorically

No braces, no pulled wisdom teeth, and yet my teeth are a mess.

By the time I heard Irrlicht I was already a German synthesizer band convert, e.g., Tangerine Dream.

I play recorder duets once or twice a week with a teacher. I'm barely competent, but I don't care. Just playing is fun, relaxing, illuminating...
