	7:33pm Dan Bodah: The dropout was, unfortunately, between my home studio & WFMU. My studio is wired to my modem via ethernet but "Optimum" is very poorly named -- last 2 weeks I've been getting multiple short drop outs during the day.

	7:53pm Mr. Pumpy: Cablevision bought Optimum in the early aughts, they proceeded to make a bunch of new products like phone line and tiered internet services, then a few years ago Altice bought Optimum...and the sucking really began. Horrible service, and horrible customer service. Before Altice, it wasn't too bad.
