Just recently heard a 2017 released jazz collaboration of Iggy with pianist Jamie Saft. Of the Ig's various none hard core rock collaborations it works the best to my ears.

I could imagine Iggy doing these tunes with a rock band as well as the fine recording by their composer pianist Saft.
