They were afraid of Black 'n' White growing up, thought they could get nothing out of that dead format. Of course they didn't see Hal Roach shorts on TV when they were kids like I did, so forget about silent movies for those kids. I feel sorry for them, unless they found out about that stuff later as film students... that has to have happened given the popularity of Film Noir these days.
	8:53pm Becky Ebenkamp: I don’t know Domenic. I was on the elevator at Nielsen once with some fellow employees and one of them had never heard of Jodie Foster. The person looked at least 30 and I haven’t worked there in 10 years.

Of course they didn't see Hal Roach shorts on TV when they were kids like I did, so forget about silent movies for those kids. I feel sorry for them, unless they found out about that stuff later as film students... that has to have happened given the popularity of Film Noir these days.
