Favoriting Hinky Dinky Time with Uncle Michael: Playlist from October 1, 2021 Favoriting

Turning over the toy box and jamming together the gloriously mismatched musical Lincoln Logs, Legos and Tinker Toys from Tin Pan Alley pluggers, pickled egg tavern weepers, lockstep soul ensembles, skinny-tie power poppers, Eurotrash ravers, moontanned art school rockers, drunken soccer anthems and anything else that seems like a good idea at the time. There are no guilty pleasures.

Michael, we called bologna that was fried a hat because of the way it curled when it hit the hot frying pan. Our mom would ask us what we wanted to eat and we would say a hat.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:17pm

You gotta cut the edges!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:17pm

Then you get a fried Maltese Cross.

But that makes me think, when we were in grade school we wore iron crosses - it was a surfer thing. I'm going to make an iron cross out of fried bologna, put it on a leather whip, and wear it when I go shopping at the farmers market where I might get a raft of shit.
