All they have to do is put a pay lock on the Monty Hall bathrooms doors and stalls at a buck per person, . Think about it, how often do you hear everyone clamoring about using the bathrooms there. So much so that it goes beyond the point of just having to relieve oneself, but it becomes a mission of determination for the sake of getting into a place that they were denied from getting into for such a long time.
