My 7-yr-old niece has covid, with symptoms, and after testing negative yesterday her mom (my kid sister) got whomped with symptoms today. My 80-yr-old mom lives with them and while she is understandably meant to be isolating in her room, she’s apparently been walking out of it, maskless, with her hand cupped over her mouth. You know, for safety. The kicker? She’s a retired m.d.
