First time I put on makeup in months. Gotta get out of my good clothes; apartment is as hot as hell and I want to use this shirt again for my next meeting.

	2:32pm Daybreak’s almost through!: Class Scheduled school day is done! My current feelings are: weirdness! A little over 24 hours ago my ears suddenly felt like they needed to pop. Since then I have tried equalizing (closing mouth and nose and blowing), chewing gum, lots of yawning, drinking liquids, taking decongestant even though I can breathe easily through my nose. Sadly it still sounds like I have cotton in my ears. To combat this, I’ve jammed my earbuds in my ears and the feelings music is coming through!

	2:37pm Marie: Sounds really chemical but I had a dermatologist (I have really sensitive skin) who recommended ammonium lactate, and it is like the most sealing, rich, inert moisturizer I have ever used. I am not sure exactly what it is but I think it is the base ingredient for a lot of moisturizers

	2:32pm Daybreak’s almost through!: Class Scheduled school day is done! My current feelings are: weirdness! A little over 24 hours ago my ears suddenly felt like they needed to pop. Since then I have tried equalizing (closing mouth and nose and blowing), chewing gum, lots of yawning, drinking liquids, taking decongestant even though I can breathe easily through my nose. Sadly it still sounds like I have cotton in my ears. To combat this, I’ve jammed my earbuds in my ears and the feelings music is coming through!
