	6:29pm Ellen Lovebug: When my childhood best friend graduated 8th grade, she took her and me out for ice cream, and we had a mutual dare to consume all of a "Pig's Trough" they called it, which basically was a banana split with 3 scoops of ice cream. It was rough!

	👻 6:34pm Austin Rich: We will run out of "Scarlet Queen" episodes sooner than the others, and this slot in the line-up of our show is sort of the "World / International Adventure" category. Do we want more of that kind of content, or would it be better to find a completely different kind of show? Or, should I run more detective shows, instead of this adventure stuff? What makes sense?

	👻 6:35pm Austin Rich: Kang has been mentioned in all of the episodes of The Scarlet Queen since the beginning, but this is the first time he has appeared in an episode, in spite of previous promises.
	6:35pm Mr Fab: I have this theory about why I don't like superheroes, but I do like mysteries: no one knows whodunnit (until the end), because that's human nature - anyone might be guilty. No one runs around proclaiming themselves to be a villain. Almost no one thinks they're eeeevil, even murderers. That hit a much stronger chord in me when I was growing up than heroes in tights. Seemed like a realistic way to deal with the concept of good vs evil.

	6:37pm Charles: Out of curiosity Austin, what kind of genre are you thinking about that wouldn't be similar to the three other shows? Unless I misunderstood your question, my english fails me at time.
	👻 6:38pm Austin Rich: I certainly feel more of a connection to noir and that kind story, but I did read a lot of superhero comics as a kid. Not so much as I get older.
	👻 6:39pm Austin Rich: Charles: I have several ideas for other shows I could run, including a show that is completely different. And a show that is an International Adventure show. And then another short-run detective show. (And a few other ideas that could work, too.) I'm mostly curious what other people are interested in.
	6:41pm Scott67: I used to read War Comics, they were more Noir than Superhero Comics.
	6:43pm Charles: Well my vote would go for something completely different, my curiosity is picked.

But I think detective / adventure / noir type shows might be the general theme, with a few exceptions. I might try a western someday.

	👻 6:53pm Austin Rich: I'm only just starting to get into British comics. It was hard to find in the US for a long time. I LOVE Peter Milligan's style, and those 2000 AD books are hard to come by.

	👻 6:57pm Austin Rich: I know I've mentioned this before, but the existing "Scarlet Queen" episodes exist because of fans collecting home recordings (and a couple transcription discs, when they can be tracked down). So the sound quality is not so good, depending on which recording, was made by who, and where, etc.
	👻 6:58pm Austin Rich: I have one old radio, and it needs repair. I'm hoping to connect it up to some vintage speakers (it has a turntable in the unit), so I can listen to records and old radio shows.
	6:58pm Scott67: Commando Comics reprints are still published. They're about the size of a Readers Digest, but not as thick. very handy for a kid. I had some friends I would trade with.

I noticed a character stood in front of a poster that said "GRACE" in such a way that the camera caught only "ACE". I'm pretty sure that was a clever allusion to a name or kind of bad-guy "office" called "Ace" in the DC comics Universe.

Do we want more of that kind of content, or would it be better to find a completely different kind of show? Or, should I run more detective shows, instead of this adventure stuff? What makes sense?

	6:35pm Mr Fab: I have this theory about why I don't like superheroes, but I do like mysteries: no one knows whodunnit (until the end), because that's human nature - anyone might be guilty. No one runs around proclaiming themselves to be a villain. Almost no one thinks they're eeeevil, even murderers. That hit a much stronger chord in me when I was growing up than heroes in tights. Seemed like a realistic way to deal with the concept of good vs evil.

	👻 6:38pm Austin Rich: I certainly feel more of a connection to noir and that kind story, but I did read a lot of superhero comics as a kid. Not so much as I get older.
	👻 6:39pm Austin Rich: Charles: I have several ideas for other shows I could run, including a show that is completely different. And a show that is an International Adventure show. And then another short-run detective show. (And a few other ideas that could work, too.) I'm mostly curious what other people are interested in.

But I think detective / adventure / noir type shows might be the general theme, with a few exceptions. I might try a western someday.

	👻 6:53pm Austin Rich: I'm only just starting to get into British comics. It was hard to find in the US for a long time. I LOVE Peter Milligan's style, and those 2000 AD books are hard to come by.

So the sound quality is not so good, depending on which recording, was made by who, and where, etc.
	👻 6:58pm Austin Rich: I have one old radio, and it needs repair. I'm hoping to connect it up to some vintage speakers (it has a turntable in the unit), so I can listen to records and old radio shows.
	6:58pm Scott67: Commando Comics reprints are still published. They're about the size of a Readers Digest, but not as thick. very handy for a kid. I had some friends I would trade with.

I noticed a character stood in front of a poster that said "GRACE" in such a way that the camera caught only "ACE". I'm pretty sure that was a clever allusion to a name or kind of bad-guy "office" called "Ace" in the DC comics Universe.
