	6:53am dday: Woke up to sound of wild turkeys gobbling & yelping in the woods behind the house. A big flock, several adults with a bunch of chicks in tow. I call them "Fabio's" as once a few years back during Oct. marathon, Fabio was playing some honking sax track & the turkeys came up from the woods & hung out in my yard staring at the open window where the music was coming from. :)

The ER only had curtains separating the 6 beds. The guy to my left coded & died of a heart attack,. To my right was a belligerently drunk ahole (at 9AM) that had his right hand bleeding profusely & smelling heavily of gunpowder. A fireworks injury. He abused the nurse relentlessly about his care. The nurse that treated me saw me roll my eyes hearing him & said, I'd like to finish the job. I agreed

I was surrounded by fireworks from two country clubs, three towns, including mine, and a large county park. After the official shows, the amateurs started their Gong Show acts. My cat Pooka was under the bed all night and her brother Harvey kept to my side and was extremely tense. Now the remnants and toxic detritus are left behind. Ugh.

Great times but I wasn't making enough money to pay the bills so i had to leave. I worked under studio owner & chief engineer Chris Andersen, Todd Rundgren's Live Sound engineer of 11 years & studio & logistics ace. Danko & John Sebastian were two of my favorite sessions & people. Both kind, funny gentlemen. Also did a live session with our remote truck with Al Kooper & The Rekooperaters, (Al, Jimmy Vivino ,Anton Fig, Marcus Miller) at the now gone The Joyus Lake in Woodstock. Good times.

	8:30am dday: @TOPT: I did a little reading about the Parker/Moeller songwriting duo & found the link between them & Russ Ballard. The 4+2 was the two writer performers + then studio muscians Russ Ballard & Bob Henrit who both played in Argent & Henrit with The Kinks
	8:31am Gerry from Miami: TODD, it was my first club experience. I had seen the Beach Boys and the Supremes in an arena at that time. The Nazz were pretty together, as I recall. Too loud, of course. Even then, Rundgren looked like he had the whole operation under his control. "Under the Ice" was getting a lot of local airplay. This was the dawn of "underground" FM radio. Most everybody was still tuning into AM stations. In Philadelphia WIBG was still king, soon to be upstaged by WFIL I often used to tune into your hero, the Geator with the Heater, Mr. Jerry Blavat, as well. He was quite a trip, always on top of all the R&B hits.

	6:53am dday: Woke up to sound of wild turkeys gobbling & yelping in the woods behind the house. A big flock, several adults with a bunch of chicks in tow. I call them "Fabio's" as once a few years back during Oct. marathon, Fabio was playing some honking sax track & the turkeys came up from the woods & hung out in my yard staring at the open window where the music was coming from. :)

The ER only had curtains separating the 6 beds. The guy to my left coded & died of a heart attack,. To my right was a belligerently drunk ahole (at 9AM) that had his right hand bleeding profusely & smelling heavily of gunpowder. A fireworks injury. He abused the nurse relentlessly about his care. The nurse that treated me saw me roll my eyes hearing him & said, I'd like to finish the job. I agreed

Down until a tech can get there. I wonder what is involved in the restart process. I'm an electronics/electrical tech since 1980 & am not far from the transmitter site.

I was surrounded by fireworks from two country clubs, three towns, including mine, and a large county park. After the official shows, the amateurs started their Gong Show acts. My cat Pooka was under the bed all night and her brother Harvey kept to my side and was extremely tense. Now the remnants and toxic detritus are left behind. Ugh.

	8:24am dday: @pp: I worked briefly at Nevessa Production recording studio in Saugerties, NY (neighbor to Bearsville & Woodstock). Great times but I wasn't making enough money to pay the bills so i had to leave. I worked under studio owner & chief engineer Chris Andersen, Todd Rundgren's Live Sound engineer of 11 years & studio & logistics ace. Danko & John Sebastian were two of my favorite sessions & people. Both kind, funny gentlemen. Also did a live session with our remote truck with Al Kooper & The Rekooperaters, (Al, Jimmy Vivino ,Anton Fig, Marcus Miller) at the now gone The Joyus Lake in Woodstock. Good times.

	8:31am Gerry from Miami: TODD, it was my first club experience. I had seen the Beach Boys and the Supremes in an arena at that time. The Nazz were pretty together, as I recall. Too loud, of course. Even then, Rundgren looked like he had the whole operation under his control. "Under the Ice" was getting a lot of local airplay. This was the dawn of "underground" FM radio. Most everybody was still tuning into AM stations. In Philadelphia WIBG was still king, soon to be upstaged by WFIL I often used to tune into your hero, the Geator with the Heater, Mr. Jerry Blavat, as well. He was quite a trip, always on top of all the R&B hits.
