For no reason at all I'm going to tell you all about a memory that just popped in my head when i was about 6 years old. I remember this man of whom i was under the impression was a salesman; showing the fam what appeared to be the world's smallest Chihuahua standing on the palm of his hand. I was fascinated by just how teeny tiny this dog was. Of course i wanted it, but for what ever reason my parents weren't interested in buying it.

I was just wondering if there's a difference between a pirates and politicians. None that i can tell. It seems to me privateering is still alive and well and a thousand times bigger than ever. It's just legalized under a mountain of bureaucratic red tape and legalese tripe.
