If they did an “unplugged” set, would they be the Acoustic Prunes?

↳ Song: "Firebird" by "White Noise"
fun fact: White noise is using the main theme melody of Stravinsky's Firebrid suite.

Manfred Mann uses it in Starbird on Roaring Silence and it is quoted by others too among which yours truly ;-)

In my teens it was usually my classically trained father who pointed out wellknown classic melodies on progrock records I was playing.

PiL named a song on "Metal Box" after "Swan Lake" after Keith Levene realized he had nicked part of his guitar melody from it. I certainly would not have known otherwise.

Krys O.:

Two relatively useless pieces of information:

1) Bruce Dickinson of Iron Maiden is a polymath much like Deniz Tek of Radio Birdman. Bruce is a pilot, fencer, brewmaster, singer, etc.

2) I saw Duran Duran at a small club in Mt. Vernon, NY that my friends and I frequented in high school where folks like Stiv Bators and Ross the Boss from The Dictators hung out.
