Many are the Good Songwriters & the Entertainers - but Bob gave us Tools to Live that we absolutely needed to survive. As Springsteen said - what Elvis did for our bodies, Dylan did for our minds. Many are the Good Songwriters & the Entertainers - but Bob gave us Tools to Live that we absolutely needed to survive. As Springsteen said - what Elvis did for our bodies, Dylan did for our minds. All the other Greatest Songwriters were liberated by the Change he initiated - & probly simply influenced directly. Even the Jonis & Cohens.
