While I wait for my FOIA on the next recipe from the Perfect Manhattan Project to come through, it seems only right to get floored and florid in Bobby Previte's honor with that upstate classic, the Niagara Falls:

Niagara Falls
1 barrel Glen Passaic
hammer and nails
1/2lb beeswax
4 doz assorted lemons, limes, and oranges, halved
10lbs granulated sugar
40lbs ice

Drain off 1/3 of the barrel of Glen Passaic, and don't say we didn't warn you. Carefully remove top of barrel. Halve the citrus, and add to the barrel, along with the sugar and ice. With hammer, nails, and beeswax, reseal barrel. Drop the entirety over the Falls. As the barrel tumbles, splashes down, and bobs to shore, the shearing forces exerted by the falls will tear the juice from out of the citrus, and emulsify it with the Glen Passaic and sugar, which will in turn be dissolved and lightly caramelized by the GP's caustic properties, while the ice chills the lot. Serves 20 or so. According to tradition, this vivid punch is best served in red Solo cups and consumed while wearing yellow raincoats.
