	3:56pm Handy Haversack: pasta, flat cut, half lb. 1/3 cup smooth pb 1/4 tsp. ses oil 2 tbs tamari 1/2 cup water 2 tsp. sambal olek 2 tsp/ rice vineg 2 sliced scallions 2 tsp. sesame seeds, toast in pan mix it all up. When pasta is done, mix together. ? Correct? Gotta run! See you for the third third, soon enough.
