I just wanna say how much I adore this song. It was recorded by Texas math teacher Vernon Ray Armstead. He sold this single to some of his students. Unfortunately it is the only known single he put out, though one of his students mentioned him sharing another song in class. Mr. Armstead is in his early 70s and is somewhere in Texas. I hope to someday find him and obtain more of his tunes but it's just a pipedream.
