Irma was great at Jazz Fest! Loved it when The Stones brought her on stage, too, for Time is On My Side. So cool they honored her since she did that song first!

Damn, that's hard. I really enjoyed the Stones. I also discovered Dwayne Doopsy. He was super cool on the Fais Do Do stage. Enjoyed Joe Bonamasso a lot. Leo Nocentelli from the Meters was awesome, too! So much greatness for 4 days - hard to say my favorite! Always love seeing Irma, too. Caught a couple songs of Tower of Power and George Thorogood, too. Steel Pulse was great, too

Dumstaphunk closing out Tipitina's is always a blast, too. They brought Cyril on for one '70's funk song. So cool! We ran into Cyril at Congo Square, too! I'll send pic

I think you mean Dwayne Dopsie, the son of Rockin' Dopsie. He is great.

Don't see that anyone answered you about the female vocalist on The Hueys coo coo record. According to the 45 label on discog Brenda Brandon is listed as co-writer, would she have been the singer?

Or more likely could that have been Gerri Hall? I'm just guessing, anyway thanks for the tunes!
