I was in LV two weekends back on a layover at the airport returning from Omaha. Once before many years ago I was in the same situation, a layover. Other than those two brief stops, I haven't been in Vegas since 1976.

I certainly feel that way when I look at the covers I've come up with over the years for my premiums. Ever since I started doing them on a computer, they suck. Used to do collages by hand, then photocopy them. Computers have made me lazy.

Photocopy, cut, paste, and photocopy is how we published Flip Side in the late '70s. The cover of the "special" edition, no. 3, came from the enduring Techniques of Crime Scene Investigation, which was held by the public library where I was working at the time.
