Nate K. is proud to welcome long-running Portland, Oregon, outfit Lavender Flu to the show. Playing a hazy, mesmerizing mix of lo-fi psychedelia and burnt-out rock 'n' roll, Lavender Flu have quietly built a reputation as one of the most fascinating and unpredictable bands in the contemporary underground. With a new album, Tracing the Sand by the Pool, out November 15, the band are hitting the road for a series of rare east coast performances and are dropping by WFMU along the way.
