...so i paid for one, when i found a "first time" offer. it was easier to figure out, but also extremely limited... again no moving images or interactive background; and complicated to update (and slow) i wanted it to change daily, but it took way too much time.
no moving backgrounds or anything; nothing fun.
so when they tried to renew me after a year, for 2-3X the price, i let it go.

th first time I was diagnosed, the canned advice delivered to me by my PCP at the time gave some questionable advice... the first item/duggestion/rec was to lose weight.
I weigh 127lbs. down from close to 200 (almost a complete thirds of my weight lost unintentionally).. many of the doctors have been telling me to gain weight.
can't win. I don't worry as much as I used to, or try not to anyway... I forgot about that during my appointment today, where I had to describe my life to a social worker

milk is usually the culprit, and calcium supplements. both responsible for brittle bones in later life. (along with flouride, which makes the bones more brittle)
but most stones are mostly oxalate.
1 cup of cooked spinach has something like 100X the oxalic acid as a cup of cooked kale. kale also has magnesium, which strengthens the bones. (calcium makes them brittle; magnesium makes them supple)

...(and you might want to look up those figures on oxalic acid yourself! i thought "100X" was high, but remembered it as a *round* figure, and astoundingly greater...but every source has something different.
even 6X is a big difference -and that's probably an absurdly low inaccuracy.)

Technically speaking, when it comes to engine lubrication, the difference between a two-stroke and four-stroke engine is pretty straightforward:
• A two-stroke engine has no valve train, timing gears, cams or pushrods, so only the inside the combustion chamber needs to be lubricated. This can be achieved by simply mixing oil into the fuel.
• A four-stroke engine does have all of those parts, so oil must be circulated everywhere to keep the machine running.

Roberto:
PaulRobeson1924:
Two-stroke engine lubrication basics
The first true two-stroke engines (also known as two-cycle engines) were introduced more than a century ago and used to power motorcycles. These days, you’ll find two-stroke engines in all kinds of gas equipment, such as chainsaws, string trimmers, hedge trimmers and leaf blowers, largely because two-stroke engines have fewer moving parts, generate less heat and are in many ways more efficient for their size.
