	9:47am Listener Robert: Because I coached children's football games, I would hear the Star Spangled Banner a lot -- always the 4th stanza. Various recordings, sometimes someone singing live to recorded accompaniment or no accompaniment. The live singers always ham it up, especially if a capella, and therefore stink. There are some things that you just can't improve, only ruin.

I grew up in Greenville SC, when Asheville was a small city that had the third TV channel we could get, and it was fascinating to see how if developed. I had planned to go there a couple of days during my upcoming visit, but that is clearly out - unless there is some kind of work I can do to help
	10:19am melinda: ↳ cricket @10:16 I'm holding up pretty well. The devastation along the rivers here is still hard to comprehend, and the lac k of running water in most of the city is tough. But my part of town fared much better than some.

Various recordings, sometimes someone singing live to recorded accompaniment or no accompaniment. The live singers always ham it up, especially if a capella, and therefore stink. There are some things that you just can't improve, only ruin.
